Del Sur is a carefully planned community that is part of Black Mountain Ranch . It is situated between 4 S Ranch in 92127 (West Rancho Bernardo) and Santaluz (92127). It is between I-15 and I-5 off SR 56.More than 1000 acres of the project is to remain as dedicated open space. There are 18 miles of hiking trails connecting to the 4000 acre Black Mountain Park Open Space. The beaches of Del Mar are a close 7 miles. Ocean breezes are part of Del Sur living!
