The access is off Camino Del Sur. The zip code for the area is 92127. Although advertised as "The Lakes Above Rancho Sante Fe" is is closest to Del Sur and 4 S Ranch areas bordering West Rancho Bernardo. It is a gated community with fairly large (11,000+) square foot lots, some with beautiful views. Currently the new homes are 2701-3196 sq ft.
