4S Ranch is a Newland planned community built on 2900 acres and offering condos, apartments and single family homes. It is located on the west side of Rancho Bernardo, 2 miles west of I-15 and approximately 30 minute commute to downtown San Diego. It is considered part of Inland North San Diego County.
